REFUND POLICY
At Terp Liquefy, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. Opened or used terpene products cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.
To initiate a return, contact us at terpliquefy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at terpliquefy@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
