Processing Times Orders placed before 3:30 PM Pacific Time Monday–Friday are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) All domestic orders ship via USPS.

Canada Shipments to Canada ship via USPS and arrive in 7–10 business days for a flat rate of $19.99.
International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS. International orders ship at a flat rate of $24.99 and typically arrive within 1–3 weeks. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at terpliquefy@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
